The Institute of International Management and Image Studies

The Institute of International Management and Image Studies is a higher educational, research and consulting institution. The Institute conducts fundamental and applied studies, organises theoretical and practical conferences, forums and congresses on research. It also develops further qualification programmes and facilitates the establishment of economic and political interaction.

The activity of the Institute is determined by the growing economic, social, political and cultural partnership between the countries of Western and Eastern Europe. Interaction of any cultures is connected with various problems. The objective of the Institute is to both investigate such problems and develop practical solutions to them. Special attention is drawn to the issues of image, communication, intercultural and international management.

The Institute acts as a collaborator in solving communication and image problems for the subjects of economic and political activity, i.e. territorial and political formations, companies, enterprises and  businesses of various types of property. The Institute is also a partner for mass media companies and provides the latter with expert opinion and research materials. The West-Ost Institute supervises academic programmes in the field of higher education and further qualification, provides organizational and content support to students and scholars from the countries in Western and Eastern Europe.
